- Ian -
I'm just going to point out the fact that this site is absolutely amazing and I hope the best for you guys and the future of this beautiful and helpful site. I just found it tonight and will be letting a lot of friends know about this. Unfortunately WoWTCG is not as popular as i would like, but I would love to see this site become one of the most sought out sites when it comes to WoWTCG. Thanks so much for your help in this community and your dedication. It is very appreciated by all of us. Traj |

Hi Trajian
Thanks! I now feel all warm and fuzzy inside For a website, it's still in it's infancy, so really appreciate the compliments and for spreading the word!!There are some big changes coming over the next month or so, which will make the site even better! Take a look at Gary's development news post ![]() Of course if you have any questions or suggestions, don't hesitate to let me know and i'll try my best to help out :-) Cheers Ian |

Hey guys-
Just found this site today. I'm really excited about it! Thanks for the hard work you've put in and keep putting in. I am just getting back into the game (out since SotB, traitor Druid made things a little stale). What are your opinions on the Battleground block? Should I just pick up cards starting at Scourgewar? Thanks again, Sola |

Hi Sola and welcome!
Starting with the scourgewar block wouldn't be a bad idea - they just released wrathgate literally a couple of weeks ago so getting cards should be easy. The problem you'll have is getting sealed packs from the older blocks as recently Upper Deck Entertainment lost the rights to WoW TCG and Blizzard are doing it inhouse, unfortunately they aren't reprinting any of the old cards... They are meant to be releasing some "Class Starter Decks" in July, which should give new/returning players a good base to build on. Take a look at the Top 8 decks from NACC 2010 - they can be found either on the deck search page / on a news post in the news forum, that'll give you a good idea of the current top decks and you'll see that a lot of old cards are still being used! EUCC is on NOW, so we'll see how the players in europe do their decks and ofc i'll post those as soon as I get them ![]() Do you typically play casual or want to be competitive? ![]() Cheers Ian |

Cool - thanks Ian.
I usually prefer friendly competitive cards, but being in the Seattle area doesn't provide a lot of players to meet up with. I took a look at the NACC decks; I really enjoy the Ringleader Kuma build. On investigation, it's a very big mix of sets. Some of the older stuff (offender gora, etc) aren't on ebay at all... bummer. On the class starter decks, I couldn't find much info on those either. Do you know offhand if they will be pulling abilities and equipment from multiple sets for those? Thanks again, Sola |

the class starters will probably have a good amount of re-prints but under a new set name. of course this is speculation, but still.
(I see a lot of the older cards being re-printed)
